Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products after download or access
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
